Michael Sprouse is the Chief Marketing Officer for Epic Advertising, a profitable, privately-owned online marketing & technology company recognized in the Inc. 5000 and by AlwaysOn as one of its Top 250 Global companies, and ranked the 3rd “Best to Work For” by Crain’s. His current responsibilities include overseeing all marketing strategy for the company, direct marketing programs, public relations strategy and management, events, Creative Services, trade marketing, internal communications, and corporate brand development. His opinion and expert industry analysis have been cited in the leading international industry and business publications. Sprouse is also the Editor and Publisher of Epic Advertising’s very own magazine called Winning the Web. Prior to Epic Advertising, Sprouse served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Playboy Enterprises, Inc., spent five years at MBI, Inc (The Danbury Mint). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Peter Bordes is the Founder CEO and Chairman of the Board of MediaTrust. MediaTrust is an ecosystem of performance driven digital media, marketing, and publishing solutions. MediaTrust combines innovative online media and performance advertising technology with human service and expertise. MediaTrust is comprised of Advaliant an award winning performance-based affiliate marketing platform, data management & email marketing
Prior to MediaTrust, Mr. Bordes spent much of his career in banking and venture capital and was a founder of Mason Cabot investment bank, which specialized in early stage media and technology financing. Mr. Bordes was also a founder and chairman of the board of Empire Media, Inc., a publishing, marketing, and technology enterprise based in New York. Empire Media incubated and founded Find.com – the first “True Business Search” engine, and Advaliant, an online performance marketing advertising network. He is also a Founding Charter Member of the PMA Performance Marketing Alliance association and is the head of the PMA membership committee.
Currently Mr. Bordes is an investor and serves on the boards of or is an advisor to a number of traditional, new media, and technology companies, such as Widemile, a multivariant optimization platform technology, Northstar Software , an enterprise asset management software solution; and jiwire , an online hotspot directory & wifi ad network.
Dush Ramachandran joined ClickBank as VP of Sales & Business Development in 2005 and is responsible for ClickBank’s sales activities and alliances with affiliate and publisher organizations worldwide. Prior to ClickBank, Ramachandran worked at Requisite Technology where he was VP of International, Global Alliances and Business Development. He joined Requisite in 1998 through its acquisition of Antaeus Systems Inc., where he was the President, CEO and Founder. Prior to Antaeus, Ramachandran was President and CEO of Conceptual Technologies, and prior to that held senior management positions with Computervision Corp., Prime Computer, Inc. and Datapoint Corp. with worldwide responsibilities. Ramachandran holds a BS in Physics from St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.
Mike Peters was born in Tel Aviv, Israel, Mike immigrated to the US when he was 24, after completing his mandatory 3 years with the Israeli Army. A technology serial-entrepreneur, Mike started 4 hi-tech startups before hitting it big and selling his company to Digital River. Throughout his career, Mike served as R&D Manager, VP of R&D and Product Manager for Visa, IBM and SAP, working with some of the world’s best minds, to turn ideas into reality. These days Mike serves as the General Manager of SPI Florida, leading an army of web developers and marketers, on taking over the Internet Marketing world by storm.
Itay Paz, founder of IME Club, is a well known internet marketer and entrepreneur that has turned his Internet passion into his way of living. Itay has been eating, breathing, and living internet marketing for over 10 years, establishing & creating thousands of websites. In those 10 years he marketed a significant variety of products and services worldwide. Itay has taught & mentored thousands of people the way to make money online and build Internet businesses. Itay is the creator & founder of the biggest international affiliate education conference in the world and also consulting international companies, helping them to enhance their internet global reach. Itay holds a B.A. in Economics from the management college in Israel and a Master in Business Administration from Manchester University, UK.
Mitchell Richler has over 8 years of online performance marketing experience and currently serves as Epic Advertising’s Senior Vice President of Distribution. In this role, Mitchell oversees all areas of publisher distribution and is responsible for the continued growth and development of the company’s strategic publisher relationships. Since joining Epic Advertising in 2004, Mitchell has held numerous leadership positions within the organization. His contribution to the overall development and relationship management of the company’s largest publishers has been a key driver in its continued impressive growth over the last 4 years. Prior to joining Epic Advertising, Mitchell served as a Senior Media Buyer at Webstorm Media where he was responsible for planning, negotiating and buying media on behalf of the company’s top gaming clients. Mitchell holds a BA in Political Science from Concordia University (in Montreal, Canada).
